Pamper Yourself. You Deserve It.

Free yourself from stress. 

After any tiring event you can always have a ME-time. No need to visit salon and spa. Unless you have a good budget for it. 

Instead, I decided to buy stuffs that I can use to help "me" relax.




I used to list down any things that I'll be needing. And again, it's an option or actually, a choice of what you want to do. 

For me, I always start with cleaning. Clean environment will really help you breathe.

1. Clean your stuffs. Have them in the right place. Start with your clothes. You don't wanna have a messy room to stay while relaxing. (Besides, your parents will be really happy to see you clean once in a while.) 

2. Gather all your items. Your lotion, facial wash, loofa, sponge, books, oils and etc.

3. If it feels like everything is in order. Set the mood by listening to a light music. Download a Piano/Violin Instrumental, Claire de Lune for example. Drink warm water or green tea.

4. You can start off by washing your hair and put on you best hair spa conditioner. Use hair wrapper so it won't dry out immediately. Let it stay while you proceed with ...

5. Cleaning, cutting and shaping your nails. No hand and feet lotion? Wash them with warm water and soak your finger/toenails in a small tub of olive oil for 3-5 minutes. (Just an enough amount will do.) Then put on your polish. 

6. Apply foot scrub and remove any calluses from your feet with a foot scrubber. 

7. Brush your teeth. Instead of using your typical toothpaste, let's use the ultra special ingredient that will surely whiten your teeth. Mix a pinch of lemon/calamansi with baking soda. See how acid react? That's normal. Then proceed with how you normally brush.

8. If you have tub, you're lucky. But shower will do. Now you can wash your hair and scrub your body with loofah. Finish well.

9. Slather oil or body lotion and add a little pressure to massage and so you can relax too. Make sure that you're wearing your favorite robe this time because it's your special day.

10. Set up aromatic candles and scented oils in your room. I prefer it in yellow dim light. 

11. Next one is my favorite step. Get your face mask ready in your room. Moisten your face with water before exfoliating. Use your facial scrub and rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Massage with light pressure. This time i'll skip toner but only moisturizer with hydroxy acid.

12. Put on your mask and relax, listen to music or read a book while drinking your favorite warm green tea.

And the rest is yours to make.

Don't let anyone ruin your day. You deserve to be happy. Never forget to give a little prayer for all the blessings that you received and for the life that you have.
