This summer season is indeed one of the hottest ever, from reaching 35° to 38°C was the REAL DEAL.
Anyhow, we should always stay safe in extreme heat and I know a formula how to cope up with it.
Make sure to always drink water, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Make it a habit to drink every hour at least 1 to 2 glasses, or just to make sure you won't forget it, is to take a bottle with you always. (That's what I'm doing right now so that my son and I won't forget to take a sip from time to time.)
Keep cool. Use a fan, take cool showers and dress in light and loose clothing made from cotton or natural fabrics. And one of my favorite, is to eat desserts and cold drinks after a meal. IT'S LIKE ANOTHER WAY OF STAYING LONGER IN THE DINING TABLE WITH YOUR FAMILY TOO.
It's kinda popular nowadays to order online for cold coffee or milk tea, or you can simply create your own drink, I mean, COLD drink. :) Make some frozen goodies like Tiramisu or known as Graham Cake, Homemade Ice Cream, Popsicles and so many DIY from YouTube. <3
