How to fight STRESS and Sulfur + Renow-D Update

I. How to fight STRESS

I totally enjoyed playing computer "mini" games, however, for me it's really stressful. Candy crush, Poker and Tetris we're my favorite, and was so attached.

Not that I wasn't to influence anyone to stop playing. My case may be different. I can't stop playing once I started. Whenever I lose energy or chips or life, immediately I use my moms account so I can continue. To the extend that my eyes must hurt.

Recently I just realized that this is so wrong. If I can't control, maybe I need to take it off of my pastime list. I don't think it's healthy.

So I created a "Physical, Emotional and Social Activities" that I could choose from whenever I feel bored or companion-less.

Obviously it is divided into 2 parts. First one is WITHOUT any expense:

1. Must I drink my favorite tea or any juice.
2. Do exercises. (It's way better to get your body into motion.)
3. Give your pet a little walk around. Stroll or jog.
4. Clean your room. Change the bedding and curtains.
5. Read a book, novel, manga.
6. Bake or cook something.
7. There's actually so many things, I just didn't know as of yet. You can take a nap, deep breathe and face yoga. That's totally free, you can check samples in YouTube.

Here's WITH expense:

8. Date. With a friend, mom, boyfriend. Or even with yourself.
9. Visit a spa, (although you can do this at home, but I must admit, it still feels better than serving yourself, no you can't massage/scrub your back.)
10. Gym. Must I enroll or not?
11. Pay your bills. xD It feels great after paying your debts. Reality.

Well, this is actually the same with what I wrote.

Tomorrow, I'm planning to visit my youngest cousin and will be baking them something nice.

" That's my Mango-Chocolate Tiramisu. Cute eh? :) "

II. Sulfur + Renow-D Update:

As you can see I used half of them. It was the 4th week I guess?

They're both excellent and effective. I'm just glad that although I've had sensitive skin because of the Fraxel Laser and Diamond peeling and all other derma stuffs, it didn't irritate me. One more thing, I like how they compliment each other.

Renow-D has lighten the dark spots from the lower right side of my cheek. Spots that I had with fraxel laser. I'd say its more clearer than before.

Sulfur instantly removes pimples. Don't expect it overnight, it's not magic.

But i'm happy and contented.

Really Cool! :)

BELO NUTRACEUTICALS: GLUTATHIONE + COLLAGEN

"Glutathione is an antioxidant made from glycine, glutamic acid and cysteine. While Glutathione is prepared like any cosmetic or vitamin product – in a safe, sterile laboratory setting – it is made of all-natural amino acids that occur in nature and are beneficial to our bodies. It can be found in many healthy foods that people eat on a regular basis, some of which are actually considered among the healthiest foods in the world.
Glutathione can be extremely beneficial for people that would just prefer a slightly lighter complexion. In fact, many women that have flawless skin use Glutathione on a regular basis to help maintain their excellent complexion. It can also give people with minor skin imperfections an overall better look by reducing the appearance of red spots and any rough patches that may exist. Many women use Glutathione exclusively to get smoother, more touchable skin."
Just got home from a dinner date with mom and thought about buying a supplement aside from Vitamin E.
I asked the pharmacist in Watsons which glutathione works best and she rapidly advised Belo, for only 480 php you get 10 capsules and she told me that I can use my SMAC's points to purchase 2 more and so I ended up buying 3 boxes, for maybe a trial.
I am a huge fan of Glut IV (Saluta) and saw immediate results for like 2-3 weeks. Did I said great results?
Well, it's just that I also love to swim.. and sunlight. <3
However, its not just about getting whiter skin. I love my skin color. But it'll be nicer to get a slight lighter and fairer complexion. Also, you'd get less population for those acnes and blackheads. (I was talking about IV in here.)
So let's see what oral glut can do this time. If it shows better results, imma take IV again.
** A single capsule contains the following supplemental facts: (It says in the box that you take 2 capsules, for me i'll take one caps after shift, that would be 6am then another at 6pm, that's after I woke up. With or without meal, I guess doesn't matter.)
  • Glutatione  250mg
  • Alpha Lopic Acid 50mg
  • L-Hydroxyproline 50mg
  • Sodium Ascorbate 25mg
  • Coenzyme Q10 3mg
  • Marine Collagen
  • Other ingridients are Magnesium Stearate
Belo Nutraceuticals: Glutathione and Collagen - is now available in Watsons, Mercury Drug and leading drugstore chains nationwide. They are priced at:

480 php - 10 capsule
1,440 php - 30 capsules
2,700 php - 60 capsules

The Most Effective Squat Challenge: 100 Rep Fitness Blender Squat Challenge

Why squat exercise? Well,  it is a superb total body workout but focuses on the lower part area. Actually for me  it feels like its an exercise that will benefit your entire body. They effectively work most of the major muscle groups of the butt, hips and thighs. Also you can hit the abs area if you'll do a twist in your squat challenge.

However, since I follow this fitness blender exercise I do the abs workout separately. Squats are also a versatile exercise. They can be done in almost any location, with or without the use of weights or equipment or after I jog along BF, ends up in a park, nowhere you can lay there so  an addition of squat could burn all your fats.  Reason why I love this exercise:

1. It Tones the Legs

Squat exercises thoroughly engage the quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles, which helps to tone and strengthen the legs. Slowing the motion down makes the workout that much more intense.

2. Lifts the Butt

Doing squats gives the glutes a powerful workout, helping to tighten and lift the butt. To increase this effect, give your glutes an extra squeeze when returning to a standing position.

3. Strengthens the Core

Squats engage the core muscles of the body. Abdominal and back muscles are needed to keep balance during the movement. The result is a tighter, flatter abdomen and a stronger lower back.  Make a conscious effort to hold in your abdominal muscles while squatting down to increase this effect.

4. Increases Flexibility

Doing squats increases joint flexibility. The ankles, knees, hips and lower back are all utilized in the squatting motion. Be sure to maintain proper form to avoid injury. If you feel any pain in these areas, stop doing the exercises until the pain is gone.

5. Total Body Workout

Adding weights to your squat routine engages the muscles of the upper body, essentially giving you a full body workout in one exercise. You can accomplish this with the use of a barbell, dumbbells or a weighted vest. When adding weights to your routine, start with lighter ones and build as your strength increases.
Here's the  10 squat challenge  that I do  every-other  day.

2. Plie Squat - 10 Repetitions

6. Triple Dip Squat - 10 Repetitions
7. Sumo Squat + High Kicks -10 Repetitions
8. Side Squat - 10 Repetitions
9. Double Dip Ski Squats - 10 Repetitions

July Comeback

It was a lazy start for the month of July and I guess I've finished all of my stuffs (unfortunately blogging wasn't on the list) That includes paper works, getting back and forth the busy street of Makati, working at night and 3-days Thanksgiving.

So I have no updates with my regimen. *giggles*

As always, ya'll know that Sulfur(alone) can delete acne, pimples but not the marks. So after all these weeks I've noticed how Renow-D actually works. It minimizes dark spots, and eventually clears them up. I just know that I was out most of the time and so, I was exposed with pollution and dirt.

Wet wipes are really handy and I'm missing hydro-cortisone too. That must be the answer of having a smooth skin/texture all along.

I didn't get to say my daily routine as I promised experimenting last 3 weeks. Maybe? But here's my Mid-June to July's facial schedule:

I always get a lighter morning by washing your face with a mild soap / facial scrub.
1. I apply Renow-D on the entirety, then Sulfur on the infected area.

(I just bought a pack of BioFit Tea recently. Bola(Grandma) started drinking this and I'd say, is effective. It didn't slimmed her down but like me, changed her to a better bowel circulation. That's really important.)

2. Same thing in the evening. But I'll change this part since I felt a little roughness especially on the T-zone area. This time, I will only apply Renow-D and Sulfur where the skin needs them. And on the part that felt rough will be Hydro-Cortisone. It cost a little as well, but you can buy them at any derma clinic. Then run around 300-500php. But the whole package would be so cheap and affordable because Renow-D is just 40php + Sulfur that is only 20php. Compared to any acne solution that cost too much  but helped me a little.

It was worth the risk to regain the glow and fairness of my old skin when I was younger. Drink tons of water to maximize the elasticity of the skin (that part was really easy). No matter how expensive or good a skin product is, I believe, it'll never work in a right way.

Next.. 8-MIN SQUAT WORKOUT!
