My Green Tea Diet.

I'm actually not on a diet, but since I use to drink lots of green tea why not do it the right way.

I've read an article on how to follow a green tea drinking diet that will benefit and help people lose weight quickly. As we all know Green tea has natural properties that burn fat, the high levels of antioxidants and catechins in green tea makes it one of the healthiest fat burners available.


What I normally do is to drink green tea before workout or while working at night, that sweating makes me feel comfortably losing weight. I started to like drinking tea just recently, because it helped my breathing and relieved my cold in an instant. I mix the tea with lemon and honey to sweeten the taste. All natural.


Proper steps to lose weight using green tea. Very simple. Drink green tea 15-20 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's it! 


Drinking green tea will give your morning energy level a boost and help you have more energy all day long. Drinking green tea before meals will help you to feel full so you will eat less. Eat small portions and then wait at least twenty minutes to allow your stomach to tell your brain that you are full. 


You must still drink your regular eight to twelve glasses of water each day. One thing I also realized, just to share. Instead of cold water, drink ones that has normal temp. It will really help you drink a lot of water. Probably because cold water makes you feel satisfied. Believe me, I used to only drink about 2-3 glasses a day and it worked, just like that.. *snap!*  

You cannot substitute green tea or any other liquid for water. Green tea is high in antioxidants which are known to fight free radicals in your system and protect your body against diseases such as cancer and other illnesses.


Here's one of the simpliest instructions I've read. Some infos were too informative that it became so complicated. 


1. RESEARCH GREEN TEA - Green tea is filled with catechin polyphenols, chemicals that act both as an antioxidant and as a metabolism (fat burning) booster. Green tea has about 27 percent catechins, while black tea (orange pekoe) has just 4 percent. Catechin polyphenols are natural chemicals that increase the amount of fat that your body burns.


2. DRINK ENOUGH GREEN TEA DAILY - Drink at least 5 cups of green tea a day. Green tea can not be counted as you daily water intake. The tea will help you feel full and help your body burn fat.


Make sure that you still continue to drink a proper amount of water. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. More if you weigh more than 150 pounds. Green tea can help you with your weight loss plans if you use it in a healthy way. You can learn how to burn calories drinking green tea easily.


3. BUY GREEN TEA - Tea Bags vs. Loose Tea - You may want to start using tea bags for ease of use. However, eventually, you may want to switch to loose tea which is higher quality. A good green tea, such as sencha can be steeped 2-3 times, so although it costs more, you can use it more.
